How do I make a return?

Contact our customer support at support@chronoluxo.com with your order number and reason for return.

What are the requirements for a return?

  • Request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Return in original packaging with all tags intact.

What items cannot be refundable?

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or promotional items (e.g. complimentary leather case from a promotion)

What if I receive a damaged item?

If your watch or accessory arrives damaged, please email support@chronoluxo.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a solution immediately.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are possible. We allow the exchange of items as long as the unit to be exchanged meets the return requirements.

  • Once approved, we will ship the replacement.
  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

What are the refund options?

  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
